1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our analytics service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan comes with specific pageview limits. If you exceed your plan's limit:

• You'll be notified when reaching 80% of your limit
• Data collection will pause when the limit is reached
• You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process analytics data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You agree to:

• Only track websites you own or have permission to track
• Include appropriate privacy notices on your websites
• Honor user privacy preferences and opt-out requests

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel at any time, but:

• No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days
• Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Have extended payment failures
