Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period
Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies based on your subscription type:
- Monthly plans: No partial refunds for unused time
- Annual plans: Eligible for prorated refund within first 14 days
- Enterprise plans: Contact support for custom arrangements
Data Retention
After cancellation:
- Analytics data remains accessible for 30 days
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
- You can export your data during the retention period
- No recovery possible after the retention period
Plan Downgrades
When downgrading your subscription:
- Changes take effect at the end of current billing cycle
- Data exceeding new plan limits will be inaccessible
- Historical data within new limits remains available
- Option to export excess data before downgrade

- Full access to all features
- No credit card required
- Automatic expiration - no charges
- Data preserved if upgrading to paid plan
