Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies based on your subscription type:

  • Monthly plans: No partial refunds for unused time
  • Annual plans: Eligible for prorated refund within first 14 days
  • Enterprise plans: Contact support for custom arrangements

Data Retention

After cancellation:

  • Analytics data remains accessible for 30 days
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
  • You can export your data during the retention period
  • No recovery possible after the retention period

Plan Downgrades

When downgrading your subscription:

  • Changes take effect at the end of current billing cycle
  • Data exceeding new plan limits will be inaccessible
  • Historical data within new limits remains available
  • Option to export excess data before downgrade

Trial Period

Our 14-day trial period includes:

  • Full access to all features
  • No credit card required
  • Automatic expiration - no charges
  • Data preserved if upgrading to paid plan
